The residential space in the campus is being designed for a mix of Luxury and Semi-Luxury residential apartments. The apartment blocks are tastefully designed and come with all modern amenities like gym, kids play area, joggers track and excellent landscaping. Construction will commence in 2010.
Retail mall is under planning stages and is being designed for a capacity of 3,00,000 sq.ft.
